These Terms of Use govern your use of the WordMatrix application by Cybrainx. By using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal entertainment and training use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

3. Gameplay and Results

Scores, streaks, puzzle availability, hints, and difficulty may change as the App evolves. WordMatrix is provided for entertainment and cognitive exercise, and does not guarantee educational outcomes.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

5. Notifications

The App may send reminders or daily challenge notifications if you opt in. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, puzzle systems, branding, and software belong to Cybrainx or its licensors. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free puzzles, or permanent availability of any feature.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from App use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
