These Terms of Use govern your use of the Inspire Me Now application by Cybrainx. By using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its AI-generated content.

3. AI-Generated Content

Reflections and spiritual content in the App are AI-generated for personal inspiration purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or religious advice. Use them at your own discretion.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

5. Notifications

The App may send daily inspiration notifications if you opt in. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI-generated material belongs to Cybrainx. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". AI content may be imperfect. We are not responsible for decisions made based on App content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from App use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
