This Privacy Policy explains how Inspire Me Now collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Inspire Me Now mobile apps for Android and iOS and related support pages hosted by Cybrainx.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Inspire Me Now mobile applications, including free and premium features, guest usage, sign-in flows, and related support pages linked from the app. It covers information handled by Cybrainx and by the third-party service providers that help us operate the app.

The app is designed as a spiritual companion. It is not presented as a medical diagnosis or emergency service. If you use diary or reflection features, please avoid sharing more personal information than you are comfortable storing in a cloud account.

2. Information We Collect

Account and sign-in data When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your email address, display name, Firebase user ID, authentication provider, and provider-specific identifiers needed to complete sign-in through email/password, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
Profile and preferences We may store profile settings such as gender, religion, reminder preferences, notification time, notification frequency, language preferences, and similar account settings. Current mobile builds do not require precise GPS permission.
Emotional and spiritual content We may store the feelings you select, mood or intensity entries, reflections you save, favorites, diary or journal entries, tags, prompts used, and related timestamps. If you choose to write in the diary, the text you enter is stored in your account.
Subscription and billing data If you purchase premium access, we receive subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, store transaction status, and app user identifiers through the app stores and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full credit card number.
Advertising and device data If ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process device identifiers, app and device information, approximate network information, and ad performance data. Current app code requests non-personalized ads where supported, but ad providers may still process technical data needed to serve and measure ads.
Local files and on-device storage We store app settings, temporary share media, guest favorites, guest check-ins, downloaded ambient media, and reminder settings on your device to support app functionality. Some of this information may stay only on your device unless you sign in or explicitly share content.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists for cash. We do share information with the service providers and platforms needed to run the app:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Ads and Analytics

Inspire Me Now may display ads in some versions or subscription tiers. Our current mobile code requests non-personalized ads where supported. Even so, advertising providers may still process device, identifier, and ad response data to deliver ads, limit fraud, and report ad performance.

If we later enable personalized ads, tracking, remarketing, or new analytics tools, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required in-app notices or store disclosures before shipping those changes.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the app, maintain your account, provide premium features, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements.

In the current app flow, deleting your account from the app is intended to remove your user document and the related favorites, check-ins, diary entries, and Firebase Authentication account.

If you cannot access the app and need help deleting your account or data, use the contact method in the Contact section below. For store compliance, make sure your public support page also explains how users can request deletion outside the app.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. These include account-based access controls and security features provided by our infrastructure partners. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Inspire Me Now is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital age in the relevant jurisdiction, without parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. International Transfers

Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the one where you live. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice inside the app or through store metadata where required.
