These Terms of Use govern your use of the Axiom application by Cybrainx. By using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App.

3. User Content

Tasks, projects, and board data you create belong to you. You are responsible for the content you store in the App. We do not claim ownership of your productivity data.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All UI, design, and code belongs to Cybrainx. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost productivity data due to device issues or accidental deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from App use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
