• Usage & Analytics: Device info, OS version, feature interactions, crash reports — via Firebase/Google Analytics.
• Productivity Data: Tasks, projects, and kanban data you create are stored locally or in your connected cloud storage. We do not access or store your productivity data on our servers.
• Advertising Data: Google AdMob may collect identifiers for ad delivery.
• Purchase Data: Handled by Google Play/Apple App Store. We do not store payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the App;
• To serve ads via Google AdMob (free tier);
• To analyze usage and fix bugs via Firebase;
• To manage subscriptions via RevenueCat.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — advertising
• Firebase / Google Analytics — analytics & crash reporting
• RevenueCat — subscription management

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

5. Data Security

We apply reasonable security measures. Your productivity data stays on your device unless you choose to sync it.
