These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wake360 application by Cybrainx. By using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App.

3. Alarm Disclaimer

Wake360 is designed to help you wake up, but we do not guarantee that alarms will always fire under all device conditions (e.g., battery saver mode, specific manufacturer restrictions, or OS-level limitations). You remain responsible for waking up on time. Cybrainx is not liable for missed appointments or obligations due to alarm failure.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

5. Device Permissions

The App requires alarm and notification permissions to function. Denying these permissions may prevent the App from working correctly. Do-Not-Disturb override permission is optional but recommended.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and design belong to Cybrainx. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages from missed alarms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
