These Terms of Use govern your use of the Smart Classic Sudoku application ("App") by Cybrainx. By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. License

Cybrainx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

4. Advertising

Free versions include ads served by Google AdMob, subject to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All puzzles, designs, and content belong to Cybrainx. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from App use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
