These Terms of Use govern your use of the Einstein IQ Test application ("App") developed by Cybrainx. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Cybrainx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Some features require payment. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store under their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by the app store platform.

4. Advertising

The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by third-party advertisers and subject to their own policies.

5. Game Scores & Rankings

IQ scores and rankings within the App are for entertainment and cognitive training purposes only and do not constitute a clinically validated IQ assessment. Cybrainx makes no claims regarding scientific accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — puzzles, graphics, text, UI — is owned by Cybrainx and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
