These Terms govern your access to and use of Cosmic 2048 and its related support pages, operated by Cybrainx.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cosmic 2048, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as required by applicable law.
2. License to use the game
Cybrainx grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cosmic 2048 on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Except where applicable law permits it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass the game, its security features, advertisements, or related services.
3. Gameplay, virtual progress, and changes
Cosmic 2048 is a strategy puzzle game in which matching tiles merge into larger celestial objects. Modes, missions, achievements, scores, ranks, rewards, and balancing may change over time to improve gameplay, security, or technical performance.
Progress is stored locally on your device. We do not guarantee recovery after an uninstall, data clear, operating-system issue, device failure, device change, or incompatibility between app versions.
4. Advertising and rewarded features
The free game may display banner and interstitial ads from Google AdMob and its partners. It may also offer optional rewarded ads for specific in-game help features. A reward is granted only after the applicable ad event is successfully completed and confirmed by the advertising service.
Ad availability, frequency, format, content, and rewards can vary by device, region, network connection, consent status, and provider settings. Third-party ads and destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cybrainx does not control third-party offers, websites, products, or transactions outside the game.
5. Local reminders and notifications
The game may offer local reminders based on a schedule you choose. Notifications depend on your permission, device settings, battery-management settings, and operating-system behavior. You can disable reminders in the game or device settings at any time.
Although the game schedules reminders for the time you choose, delivery can be delayed, grouped, or blocked by the operating system. We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time.
6. Acceptable use and support
You agree not to use the game or support channels for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, technical exploitation, malware distribution, interference with advertising, or infringement of another person's rights.
If you contact support, provide information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Intellectual property
The Cosmic 2048 name, original visual identity, code, interfaces, sounds, animations, text, and other original game elements belong to Cybrainx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to the classic 2048 concept do not transfer rights in Cosmic 2048's original implementation.
Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change features when reasonably necessary, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, ad availability, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
Cosmic 2048 is for entertainment. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, educational, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; lost profits; loss of local game progress; device unavailability; or issues caused by third-party services, advertisements, networks, or operating systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available under applicable Brazilian consumer law.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, our services, or the law. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or the forum that applicable law guarantees to you.
