Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ClickFlow. By using the app, you agree to use automation responsibly and lawfully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to use ClickFlow without parental or guardian involvement.
2. License
Cybrainx grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ClickFlow. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
3. Responsible automation
You are responsible for the automations you create and run. Do not use ClickFlow to bypass security, commit fraud, generate abusive traffic, violate another service's terms, interfere with devices or accounts, or perform unlawful actions.
4. Accessibility permission
ClickFlow requires Android Accessibility permission to perform the gestures you configure. You decide when to enable the service, which actions to record, and when an automation runs. You may revoke permission at any time.
5. Third-party apps
ClickFlow can interact with third-party applications, but Cybrainx is not affiliated with or responsible for those applications. Automation may stop working when another app changes its interface, policies, or behavior.
6. Safety
Do not use ClickFlow where automated input could create physical, financial, medical, legal, or safety risks. Always test an automation with a small loop count and supervise sensitive workflows.
7. Availability and updates
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Android or device-manufacturer restrictions may affect overlays and gesture execution.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cybrainx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of ClickFlow or an automation configured by the user.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version where permitted by law.
