Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ClickFlow handles information when you use the Android application and its support features.

2. Information stored on your device

Automation names, gesture coordinates, timing, repetition settings, preferences, and imported scripts are stored locally on your device. ClickFlow does not operate a cloud account system for these automations.

3. Accessibility and overlay permissions

ClickFlow uses Android Accessibility permission only to perform taps, swipes, and navigation actions that you configure. Overlay permission is used to display the floating control panel and recording controls over other apps.

ClickFlow does not use Accessibility to read screen content, collect passwords, capture messages, or monitor activity for advertising.

4. Support messages

When you choose Contact Us, ClickFlow opens your email app with the name, email, and message you entered. To help diagnose device-specific issues, it also prepares the app language, device locale, time zone, screen resolution, device manufacturer/model, and Android version. You can review or remove this information before sending.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when you deliberately send a support email, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local automation data remains until you delete scripts, clear app data, or uninstall ClickFlow. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed to answer requests, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

7. Security and user control

ClickFlow works offline for its core automation features. You can disable Accessibility or overlay permissions at any time in Android Settings. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimize collection and avoid storing email credentials in the app.

8. Children

ClickFlow is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital age in their jurisdiction without parental or guardian involvement.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when revisions are published.
