By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BibleQuery AI, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and platform policies. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. License to use the app

Cybrainx grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for lawful personal, educational, and devotional purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

3. Account and user responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share harmful, unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through the App or its associated services.

4. AI-generated content and limitations

Some features of the App may provide AI-generated reflections, summaries, suggestions, or assistance. Such content is generated for informational and inspirational purposes and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for certain situations. You should use your own judgment and, where relevant, consult qualified professionals for advice beyond general informational support.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app store provider, including Google Play and Apple App Store. Prices, billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are subject to the applicable store policies and the terms of the store provider.

6. Advertising, analytics, and third-party services

The App may use third-party services such as AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Cloudflare Workers, and the OpenRouter API through our backend layer to support app functionality, analytics, advertising, and AI features. Your use of these services is governed by the applicable service provider terms and policies.

7. Compliance with Google and Apple policies

We strive to comply with the policies and requirements of Google Play, Apple App Store, and other applicable platform operators, including those concerning privacy, user safety, advertising, and disclosure obligations. You agree not to use the App in a way that would violate those platform policies.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, branding, design elements, app content, code, and related materials are owned by Cybrainx unless otherwise stated. You may not use our branding or app materials without prior approval.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays, failures, or technical issues. Some features may depend on network access or third-party services outside our direct control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrainx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or emotional harm, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
